Therefore, our farm provides the perfect conditions, being in the crystal-clear waters of the Maritsa River, in the ecological zone NATURA 2000. The farm uses natural resources only to produce luxury caviar with a perfectly balanced texture, aroma, and taste. We produce only in compliance with the standards of ecology in the area.
The sturgeons are bred on a farm that helps preserve the wild sturgeon population. We take care of the environment and treat nature with respect. That is why we have chosen to produce caviar in our own fishponds, protected and controlled to preserve the balance of the species.
