Aqua-Farms in China, France, Germany, Italy, Israel among many other countries try to remove the prehistoric sturgeon from it natural habitat but are not able to successfully transplant them to their new, often unnatural environment. It is impossible to replicate what nature has taken millions of years to perfect. Additionally, expertise and knowledge of traditionally raising authentic caviar cannot be copied.
